Why I donated to Wildcare

We recently received a donation to the Wildcare Gift Fund – General Nature Conservation Cause, from Switzerland – and we asked our donor what had motivated her to contribute to Wildcare.  We’d like to introduce you to Joanna Belle.

I recently spent a month in Tassie and enjoyed some amazing (life-long-memory) moments, especially whilst tramping. I love to travel and go exploring on foot and realise that there is a very fine line between being able to enjoy and experience nature and harming it simply by being there. I picked up one of your stickers in an outdoor store and did some research online and am very impressed with the work you do.

Donating to you is my way of paying back for the AWESOME experience I had, but also paying forward in the hopes of preserving this lovely spot on earth so others after me can experience it as well.
