The Centre, ponds and native garden, are in constant need of maintenance to welcome visitors to the site. What we do
The Giant Tasmanian Freshwater Lobster (Astacopsis Gouldi) is the largest freshwater crustacean in the world and is only found in the rivers and creeks of Northern Tasmania.
The cafe, ponds and native garden, are constant need of maintenance for presentation for our local and interstate visitors to the site. We welcome school and community groups to come and see and learn about these amazing creatures, another one of Tasmania’s hidden treasures.
